You, who are being delivered, carry an option to deliver others. For example, you remove a family curse.
Family who are not yet here, and past family who are already wherever they have gone (heaven or hell), when you break the curse, all those people feel better. It is like they were also delivered from limiting effects and maybe some manner of judgment. There are spiritual consequences of freedom for these things, including those you cannot see.
I now realize we can make a difference for those people in hell. When a person is freed from a curse, or even the demonic influence, it is so amazing. So when that person stands in in intercession for their family line, like Moses did, you get freedom for a whole people. You are not just accomplishing for you.
And for us to achieve our purpose and Christ's purpose, he commands we step into obedience to meet his objectives. Someone has to think to actually care about lifting oppression from people.
I know that there is a group of people in hell who are the church, and what if something I did in my deliverance event freed them to a slightly better existence. That would make me happy.
Also, when we forgive others, I think there is a lessening of hardship of punishment on them, for Jesus forgave his attackers. I think there is something deep to this. By forgiving others, we can reduce their punishment in hell. I suppose that depends. Can you live with people having reduced misery in hell? I can.
It's bad enough that they are there, separated from God.
For those in heaven, I see a potential improvement in their reward as well, by removing some of the things which were in their way. I am not sure, but I think there is an eternal consequence there too.
Some of the worst judgment in hell is being tormented with spears, being cut up, and basically torture - which is done non-stop. What if, friend, your intercession and appeal for forgiveness freed those people to a lesser judgment for someone stood in for them? What do you think about that? Think about it. Say 200 people get moved out of the non-stop torture chamber to some lesser judgment. That would be cool. Or if the numbers of your lineage affected by that particular sin were 2000, you see 2000 change positioning in that realm.
I care about people. All people. Even those in hell.
